Payment Gateway

The platform supports multiple payment gateways. To start accepting online payments, the seller must create an account with any one of the supported payment providers.

How it works:

  • The vendor chooses a payment gateway (PG) from the supported list.
  • The vendor creates an account directly with that payment provider.
  • The vendor enters the required credentials or API keys in the admin panel.
  • Once verified, online payments become active for the store.
Important: Payment Gateway Charges

Payment gateway fees are always paid by the vendor, not the customer or platform.

This includes:

  • Transaction fees
  • Settlement fees
  • Refund charges
  • Dispute penalties (if any)

Because each payment provider has different pricing, settlement cycles, and dispute policies, vendors should compare charges and features before creating an account.

Why these matters
  • PG fees impact profit margins on every order.
  • Some gateways offer lower rates but longer settlement times.
  • Others charge extra for international cards or wallet payments.
  • Switching gateways later requires re-verification and downtime.
Payment Gateway Responsibility & Disputes

Our platform supports multiple payment gateways, but all payments are processed directly between the vendor and the payment provider they choose.

When a customer pays for an order:

  • The payment gateway collects the amount
  • The funds are settled straight into the vendor’s bank account
  • The platform does not hold or transfer any money at any stage

Because of this setup, any issues related to payments must be handled with the payment gateway. This includes:

  • Settlement delays
  • Failed or stuck payments
  • Chargebacks or disputes
  • Refund issues
  • Extra fees or deductions by the gateway

We can help confirm your configuration inside the platform, but we cannot intervene in payment disputes or settlement-related matters, since those are managed entirely by your payment gateway.

For any transaction-level concerns, please reach out to your payment gateway’s support team.

Best practice

Before selecting a gateway to integrate, Vendors should review:

  • Transaction fees
  • Setup requirements
  • Settlement timelines
  • Refund processing rules
  • Support and reliability
